Principle 1: Visibility without intrusion. Restrooms should be easy to spot from the main event area — but not positioned where they dominate the sightline or the photos.

Principle 3: Separate clusters for larger events. For events over 150 guests, split restroom capacity across two locations rather than concentrating all units in one area.
Principle 4: ADA unit placement requires separate thought. Accessible units need the most level and accessible approach path. Don't place them on uneven ground.
